i saw one on a girl while waiting on the dart, it's not one of those tight ones.

Haven't seen anythin like that in leather in any high st. shops. You might have to try a leather shop like the sheepskin shop or something. Unless u try miss fantasia's or ann summers or somethin. They might have something similar.

This is probably a good time to buy a leather skirt as it's really more of a winter material and all the shops are getting their winter stock in now.

Have a look in some of the vintage clothing shops, you might get shiney leather but you would get a nice suede version of what you're looking for.

Or try Miss Fantasia's on South William St but be warned it will probably be very expensive in there. Ann Summers is very very unlikely to stock a leather mini.

There is a leather shop on Wicklow St but I'm not sure if they do skirts they may only do jackets and bags.

Oh and one other place you might try is Asha upstairs in St Stephen's Green Shopping Centre...they might even be the best place to start.
