Fresh Food???

Does anybody know anywhere in Limerick where fresh produce can be bought? Supermarkets "fresh" fruit and veg is a complete ripp off! I know limerick has a market on saturday mornings, is the food really fresh and locally produced or just loads of imported tripe taken out of its packaging and put into baskets?

Sorry for bringing up the zombie thread but I would like to hear from anybody who buys from the milk market in Limerick.

Maybe one of the mods could move this to the Limerick section.
