believe me the pain was just unreal,
not a chance im getting it filled in for two reasons

    1. i think it looks better
    2. no way am i getting tortured like that again.

  • Registered Users Posts: 15,172 ✭✭✭✭kmart6

Nice job there... wait a sec, is that on the side of your torso? Egads... that must have hurt like anyones business

  • Moderators, Education Moderators Posts: 9,633 Mod ✭✭✭✭mayordenis

    thanks guys,
    im really happy with it.
and it is nice to hear other people say the think its decent.
it cost me €100 which sounds cheap but think about it its only the outline.
    and on the pain matter.
    a simple yes would suffice.
but i cant leave it there it was sooooo bad, i've had my share and broken bones and almost horrific injuries but i'd take them all at once over that,
not an easy place to get a tattoo.

Man suck it up and get it filled, it will look so much better filled and you have gone that far, that it would be a shame not to finish it now, I mean it looks unfinished.

<edit> another thing, if you get it grey shaded you will hardly even notice it as it is nowhere near as painful as linework and you have already gone that far get it finished, looks nice so far by the way.

the decision wasn't made just because of pain i may end up getting it shaded in but as it stands i like it how it is.

i think it would look better left as it is....

  • Moderators, Education Moderators Posts: 9,633 Mod ✭✭✭✭mayordenis

well that makes two of us.
and included in that two is the one person who makes the decision.

ooooh, fair enough, surely it will always bother you that it is unfinished, if you can live with that then go for it?

  • Moderators, Education Moderators Posts: 9,633 Mod ✭✭✭✭mayordenis

well my original idea was never to have it filled in,
so the design i wanted done is complete.

    Wannabe.
    tbh.
If you were one of us, we could have done it for you without you spamming it all over the place.

Tbh you have your whole life to decide if you want it filled in or not... I see no problem in leaving it for as it is for a few years and then deciding you want some detail/shading/fill down the line somewhere.

    Nice tat :)
