N4 traffic today - or lack of

Came in the N4 this morning. No traffic from Spa hotel up to the M50 :eek: . At least one day a week this and earlier this week it was chock-a-block from Woodies. The difference today: a couple of cops on the M50/N4 roundabout. Even getting onto M50 was easier than normal. Why can't they do this every day? Or get a proper…
