Because those aren't piercings that should be done by anyone but a trained professional, which anyone working in Claires isn't. Though apparently nipple is the easiest piercing to do yourself, if you're so inclined... Just something I heard. Would be curious to know whether it's true.

I think going to a professional shop is part of the expierence.....
I've pierced myself before..put I just prefer putting my hands in other peoples professionalism!
