anybody playing painkiller online? i get real bad ping something like 255 over eircoms 1mb

You pinging irish / uk servers? Or ones in the US? 150-250 odd is about right for a US server.

i get normal ping with 2mb eircom connection with max fps set to 125 when playing on US servers

however, over 1mb i have to lower pk++ maxfps setting to 60fps. Then ping drops from 255 to 60 .

the same happens for some european servers . i think wil have to try more UK servers
