    Sometimes I wish every mod on this board could just be honest when people go "WHY WAS I BANNED?"

    It'd be so therapeutic to post

    In other words, it doesn't matter what you say on the boards. It's just a matter of getting banned if the mod is in a bad mood that day. Hate to break it to you but systems like that have repeatedly failed throughout history.

    by the way, this is not a government, there is no voting, you dont actually have a say in the running of the website, and at the end of the day you are unknown, sol your opinion means little.

    most people reply to these posts out of bordom and there is something about them that keeps us coming back over and over and over again, like a car crash.

    i think we feel validated as moderators.

    besides, it usually the empty vassel that rattles the most, ifyouknowwhatimean

    Yeah It's failed alright, how many servers do we need to keep the place running now?

    You may say "We banned you for this" and "We banned you for that" all you like, there was a reason.

    You know damn well why you were banned. You WERE taking the piss, no matter how you try and talk your way out of it.

    This message board is tame compared to the ones I've been on. I bet you never read the charter.

    It's true, moderator or not, anyone who has an interest in keeping this place running can say what they want about how it's run. You might think that the moderators are running the place down, but anyone will tell you (plus the fact that the evidence is right in front of your face) that the system works.

    Because I didn't KNOW which moderator banned me. No PM. No notification, nothing. You can go on supporting moderators and the "system" etc all you like, but it could just as easily happen to one of you.

    Giblet, if YOU read my previous posts, you would see that I have read the Personal Issues charter. And another thing, I WAS NOT taking the piss making that post. Do you think I would waste so much time complaining here if that was the case. I genuinely thought it was one of many valid suggestions that would have helped the situation.

    The system is working now, I don't know is it just me but there are an increasing number of complaints against mods who treat users unfairly on this board.

    Gordon, please stop posting here. I have accepted that I have no choice but to accept my 1 week ban. There is blatant corruption in the system but I suppose I'm going to have to live with it... For now..

    not really, there are 40000 people on this site. 4 or 5 complaints out of that many is hardly a cause for concern.
    anyway, most of them are just like you. outraged internet identities with nothing better to do than argue the toss voer something that is not important and is not going to effect anyones life.

    civilisation will not crumble into dust in the next 3 weeks because of it...

    i really wouldnt worry about it. hell, i think the last ban i got was for a month on a forum, and im a cat mod.
