Dolphins spotted this summer

This summer there has been an increase in dolphins sighted. Is this because of the warming water or could it be because of certain fish stocks increasing?

I think it is because the Irish Whale and Dolphin Group have done such a good job in publicising them that there are just more people watching, hence more sightings.
