Mobile phone insurance

I'm buying a sim free mobile off the internet and will have to get insurance for it. I'm just payg meteor atm and have never bothered with insurance before. Are there different types of insurance/ I want to be covered for it being stolen /dropped/dropped in water. It's a se w800 btw!
