But the smaller and crispier the better. Plus they can be eaten with brown sauce if needs be.

I have had a change of heart, curry and cheese wouldn't suit me, curry on its own yes but it would pale in comparison to the splendour of garlic and cheese chips.

As a matter of general enquiry can such a delicacy be obtained from the local chipper?

not all chippers do garlic cheese chips but quite a few do. Just look at the menu

Pink Sauce is more then just plain ketchup and mayo. You wouldn't belive the amount of people who argue that it is just that on its color alone, assumpting only ketchup and mayo give such a color.
