Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Need to know more dude! For a start give us some ideas.... Where do you live? The big smoke or the country? How do you get to work? How many hours a week do you work? Do you drink alot? What age are you? Are you male/female? Any family/partner issues? Anyone breathing down your neck or wrecking your head? Do you live in a very confined space? Do you enjoy the company of those you work with? I know all of the above might seem to have sweet shagall to do with what you're asking but this is the sort of stuff that can lead to answers as to why your stressed....

Exercise works for me as the best stress and tiredness repellant! More you exercise --> fitter you get ---> the fitter you are the less tired you feel. Worked for me anyway....

Did you consider picking up a hobby? Like playing a sport of just even go to the gym?
I play hockey a few times a week, and as well as meeting new fun people, it is a great stree reliever for me. I am usually quite exhausted after a training session or a match and can get a really good nights sleep after it. i wake up a lot fresher in the mornings too which is great.

    Maybe that would help you.
    It did wonders for me.

I recommend taking up a hobby, preferably something that involves physical activity. Wht not try kayaking or climbing or something. It'll give you somwething to look forward to and stop you dwelling on stress related issues. Personally I try to keep as active as possible, that way when I get a bit of spare time to relax I appreciate it all the more and also I don't have time to feel stressed.

    to relieve stress
cut out all E's from your diet, this will make you happier
    and more focused.
you would be suprised how many products contain E's,
from bread to nearly every ready meal.
    and
exercise, i find proper outdoors exercise to be best, jogging,
    cycling,football,rugby,etc...
    and
    socialise and meet new people

    for tiredness
    cut out caffine, tea,coffee,cola
    cut out high sugar foods,sweets,chocolate
    and exercise as stated above.

I think you can get vitamin/mineral supplements, like Pharmaton, but I wouldn't really recommend it, TBH, try and stay away from the caffeine, and do some regular exercise, or even yoga to help with the stress...
