is it for an apartment/dwellinghouse or business premises.......do you want a long or short agreement.....if you let me know exactly what you are looking for I can give you one..I can e-mail it to you

If its for a private dwelling, apartment/house whatever, i'm fairly sure you can buy them in Easons.

Law stationers would also have them. Also try www.threshold.ie and www.prtb.ie

Make sure it complies with the Residential Tenancies Act 2003.
