The cold tap in the bath is leaking water.
Its simailar to this one and the water is coming from underneath.

I have been able to take off the tap and this is ok. Does any one have any idea how I would go about taking off the whole unit?

    Hi,

A spanner called a "Footprint" may be needed, it might pay you to get a plumber to check out the way the tap is fitted before going to the trouble of removing it.

There are a few things that can be wrong, just make sure you know where the valves are for turning off the water especially if Qualpex was used without the inserts.
