As usual during a time of tradegy most governments try to sneak through questionable bills. Been watching thomas.loc.gov on and off for dodgy bills. - Kathrina 10 billion fund bill with provision to funnel off 5billion elsewhere. - (H. R. 804) has stopped people from claiming houses (property) from national flood insurance…

As usual during a time of tradegy most governments try to sneak through questionable bills.

Been watching thomas.loc.gov on and off for dodgy bills.
- Kathrina 10 billion fund bill with provision to funnel off 5billion elsewhere.

- (H. R. 804) has stopped people from claiming houses (property) from national flood insurance program. This has been passed. Oddly enough a number of bills to give funding to flood refugees are being dragged along.

- (H.R.1219) SAFE act, removes diversity from immigration programs. But its a bit hard to figure out what the bill is doing.

- (S.AMDT.1675) .. wtf? This makes no sense.

and a whole reem of stuff added to H.RES.314.

Just wondering if Ireland has a thing similar to thomas.loc.gov ?
