CM 00/01 Training Help

    Hi there,

    Just wondering does anyone know how training within this version of championship manager works? I've dragged and dropped different players into different training types and after a few weeks some of their stats have turned green (improved I'm guessing???) and some others have turned red (I'm also guessing that these have deteriorated??).

    I've tried searching the net but I can't really find any decent information on this. i.e. Training <whatever> increases <whatever_skill> while decreasing <whatever_other_skill>.

    For example, my strikers are training nothing but shooting, which is nice because they're all improving. But I don't know how to improve my defender's tackling.

    Any help on this would be appreciated. Apologies if this has already been discussed at length on these boards, I searched through the past threads and I'm a new user so I wouldn't remember any threads that would have existed.

    I had a look around and found this, it has a few schedules you just have to unzip into your CM training schedule. I haven't played CM in ages so I can't vouch for it but it might help do this business.
