You used to be able to buy them in Game, but I don't think they sell them anymore. I have an aluminium xbox case for sale at the moment if you are interested.

Game on Henry St. had a few in their stockroom when I was there (weeks ago). They wouldn't have them on the shopfloor and they never sold much so they're probably still there.
Don't know the price, they're official MS ones though.
