UL/Castletroy LAN in the Students Union 24th of Sep

Hey guys, if anybody is interested. GSoc is holding, in conjunction with the Castletroy LAN, a LAN party in the Students Union on Saturday the 24th of September, I.E the one at the end of Orientation Week. If anybody is interested in going, or wishes to join the Soc for the coming year, come along and bring your PC.

Games will include
Call of Duty
Battlefield 2
CounterStrike
Age of Empires
Dawn of War
Rainbow Six (I think)
and a good few others

Farcry! FarCry multiplayer is amazing when theres just 3 people on a small map.

Also, Giants: Citizen Kabuto is recommended

I fully endorse this as being the finest multiplayer RTS.

Yes Far Cry is damn good.

Is there a big community for lanning in UL?
I know plenty of people who wud jump at the chance to get regular play up and running.

Oh yeah the Games Society does it every Tuesday during the year.
Forgot about those games, we are planning on C&C, Unreal and Quake as well.
