Power source at a car boot sale

Setting up a stall for a car boot sale next week and will have some electrical goods with standard household sockets which I would like to display and show that they are working.However,this meeting will be in a car park and I wont have access to any sort of plug.So is there any…

Not sure if this is the right board but...

Setting up a stall for a car boot sale next week and will have some electrical goods with standard household sockets which I would like to display and show that they are working.However,this meeting will be in a car park and I wont have access to any sort of plug.So is there any portable device out there or any suggestions apart from a generator that i can use to power these products?

I will have my car there aswell,could anything be powered from the cigarette lighter say?

Aye, you'll need an inverter to run from your lighter port which will convert the 12V DC to 240V AC. You can get these in most big car supplies stores I'd say, but I think Maplin are doing a deal on one at the minute if you're around Dublin...
