TV Tuner Card (USB)

Does anyone know what the best USB TV tuner cards are out there? I'm looking to spend no more than €150. Are they all basically the same or are there big differences between them? Any help would be great.

Hauppauge are probably the more common USB models.

I have the PVR2 USB and can't complain. The software is crap, very dated, but does the job. Comes with a remote control and when teamed up with Media Portal, it gives Microsoft's Media Center a run for it's money.
