Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Why would you wear socks with sandals? I've only ever seen that in Ireland, and I've yet to figure out the logic behind it..

Well this seems like a silly fad that will last all but a couple of weeks at the most. But if not, then fair play, keep at it and don't let such Faux Pas notions like socks with sandles put you off. I honestly think there's something about a girl wearing stripey socks with a pair of Birkinstocks or the like.
