NSC Road Safety Ad Campaign

Weren't the NSC (National Safety Council) to begin a big campaign on teaching people how to drive properly. Did it run? I looked at their website (www.nsc.ie) and there doesn't appear to be anything.

I'd say they're havnig difficulty finding anyone in this country who knows how to drive properly for the ads.
