    Hello.

    Does anyone know of any good online demos of 7.1 surround sound?

    Music or videos, whatever.

    Basically something to test out my speakers is what I'm looking for.

    :)

    Are these being played from a PC or from a DVD/CD player?

    The best format is DTS ES which has a 6.1 track, this site have some 6.1 demos, but getting them to play is a little tricky. Some DVD/CD players will play the DTS encoding straight off the CD, via a digital link into your DTS decoder.

    The site has some info for getting the stuff to work.
