Hi, I'm a 20 yr old girl in my final year and i'm looking for a room on the southside(sgl or dbl but not shared) asap.Maximum rent i can afford to pay is €400. I am a smoker but i can take it outside if needs be. It would be great if it was close to the luas but at this stage i'm not gonna be picky. anyway if anyone can…
