Chernobyl Question

In Chernobyl disaster of 1986, I want to know for certain who did switch the AZ-5 (Scram) switch in the No. 4 Control Room? I've heard from all over the place that it was either Akimov or Toptunov. Does anyone know who did it?

Nobody knows for sure, but you can assume Toptunov.
