Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Just a quick query about prem plus. My box is not set up to my phone line so i cant use my phone number to order so I always used my viewing card number. However when I rang today it just said enter your home phone number(it used to say home phone or viewing card number) so I entered my viewing card number and it said I had booked the match. Thing is it was a recording and Im not sure if Ill get the match now. Anybody gone through this before or know where I can check if I have the match? Im always afraid when the time comes I wont get the match :(

They have a system that recognises your home phone number when the call is incoming, so the viewing card number is just a second verification. Don't worry, you have the match.

Cheers Bateman(cool username :) ) It was simply a matter of going to the box office screen and clicking on the match and it actually tells you its ordered :o Thats a relief.
