samsung E720 and meteor

i was trying to get gprs and mms settings for a samsung E720 on meteor but i'm having problems. they support the E700 which should work but when i try to send the settings they don't go to the phone. it should come up saying "settings received" and you put in a pin etc but nothing happens. any ideas? i've tried sending the…

i've tried sending the settings myself and getting meteor to send them. same result
