The boys and girls from the NHC seem to be just back from the boozer as they have seriously fooked up the nhc website, TD 18 is there twice and ophelia has dissappeared off the face of the earth as far as they are comcerned.

Will probably turn out to be another fish storm.
I'm more concerned about TD 18 (Hurricane Rita in a few days). Looks like trouble.

also 97L invest to the south west of the cape verde islands, worth keeping an eye on that also.

TD 18 could be Rita by 10pm tonight, the last advisory put the windspeed at 35mph winds.

now hurricane philippe. most lightly going to be a fish, unless it drifts a little to the west and hits the Bahamas.
