But there are ways to unlock the phone properly, right? (without flashing with the 1600 firmware)

hey, has anyone got unlock codes for the Sony Ericsson v600i and the Motorola v3x??? both vodafone.

Once his upgrade goes through they should have the code right away. Sometimes they need to go and generate it, but this just involves them walking to another desk.

O2 are the only way you'll get the Nokia 6233 unlocked, but there shouldn't be any issues.

I've got a nokia 6230, and I've unlocked countless phone before, but none of the codes seem to work on this individual phone! I've unlocked a few of my friends + families 6230's, but this just keeps saying code error.. Anyone have an idea as to why it'd do this? Cheers!

Incorrect unlock codes could have been entered previously so you have used up your 5 attempts, requires hardware now to unlock

im in the same situation as you.i have unlocked many nokia's before but with the vodafone 6230i it keeps sayong code error.i hae only entered 2 codes before and they said code error.does anyone know the best way to unlock it.

If it says code error, your code is wrong. If it says cannot undo restriction, you have tried too many incorrect codes
