    Bring the phone to Vodafone shop, have the number an English number that is registered with Vodafone Uk hand that and your phone to the guy and give him £20.

    Well I stopped In London for a few days when I went to Milan v Celtic match.

    Sorry to say you cant get them unlocked over the phone but if your gonna try make sure you have loads of credit. I mean loads.

    Did you buy the UK Vodafone sim while you were over then register then pay for the unlock.
    Is that everything I need?

    No. I used my father's phone number. If you havent a number buy a Vodafone Uk sim card In shop tell them you want to register it an irish Vodafone number, give them £20 and ask them to unlock it, if they say you might have to wait a few days say your from Ireland and your going back tomorrow.

    Anyone know how to unlock a 6233? have been asking Meteor since Jan for the code and first they didnt have the software to give out the codes and now there excuse is that they broke the system so can't give any unlock codes for any Nokia phone out till they fix it and they dont know when that will be:confused:

    Thanks a million to both of you. I entered the code and it came up 'restriction off' with a correct. I put in my sim and it said that the sim was not allowed and asks for the PUK code. I will be able to get that soon with a bit of rooting around. Thanks again all.

    Insert a sim card that is not allowed with the phone and it will ask you to insert the code

    N91 is BB5 platform, only Vodafone can give you the unlock code

    New ASIC 11 so needs to be unlocked via cable, only Meteor can give you a code

    BB5 phones can only be unlocked via code from the Network
