The codes I've tried were:

That means you have entered too many incorrect codes
Its now hard locked and can only be unlocked using unlocking equipment

Cannot be unlocked by calculator. Needs to be unlocked using unlock equip

Need to get the code from the network, but it will cost you and also, if you are not the owner, they probably wont give it to you anyway. Apart from that, your only other option is a website like this (only problem is, they dont seem to have E65 listed yet)
