    I don't think their is a free way to do them, I could be wrong...

    You can try ring Vodafone and ask them for the unlock codes.

    can anybody tell hm how to unlock a ALCATEL OT-C701 (vodafone, pay as you go)

    i have been looking around the net all night, cant seem to find anything anywhere.

    im currently on meteor & want to use the phone there...

    @shellerz and nevaeh-2die-4, neither of those phones have free solutions. either call vodafone and ask them for the code or bring it to a shop

    hi everyone, how come you all give up your IMEI so easy, freely and publicly:eek:? isnt it easy to 'ring' a stolen phone by reprogramming its IMEI with YOUR legitimate code? :confused:

    Hope I have the right place. Thinking of buying phone as a present for christmas. The person I'm getting it for is a ready to go vodafone user. I'm a vodafone bill pay user. Are the following possible?
    • I pick up a new ready to go pack and they can swap sims with the new phone?
    • I upgrade online, get the phone cheaper than above and they put their sim into it. Will the new phone need to be unblocked? A ready to go sim in a pay monthly phone.

    If you get a RTG pack, the RTG account will qualify for €80 free credit

    If you upgrafe online, you commit to another 12 - 18 month contract. The SIM lock will be same for pay after or RTG, so no there's no unlocking involved.

    It's basically down to price differential and if the upgrade credit affects over all cost.

    Has anyone unlocked a k800i from these guys phone expo, they claim to be able to unlock the latest version cid52. I'm considering buying a k800i off of o2 and getting it unlocked so i can pop my meteor sim in.
