Question for someone i have a i-smartsim (new v2 black version) and i am using a 6280 now its locked to three uk and can get it to work with o2 ie with the smartsim but cant get my meteor sim working with it i can enter pin code but coming up phone is restricted.?

depends on whether you've spent 130euro credit since you activated the number, otherwise you could try getting it unlocked under another vodafone number

Meteor isn't always the easiest to unlock so only enter this once and if it doesnt work try ringing meteor!

"Cannot undo restriction" is the message I get. I tried other codes earlier that I got off another website so maybe I shouldn't have tried a few different ones. Would an unlocking shop do it?

that means you've used up all the tries. an unlocking shop should be able to do it no problem

OK! No reply from here and unfortunately got an unlock code from O2 via Vodafone and it turned out to be a wrong number (excuse pun). The phone is now hard locked. As someonelse requested, can anyone let me know where to get this unlocked and how much. I'm on the southside of the Dublin.

im heading to the us in a few days and if i buy an iphone 3g over there will it work on 3 ireland when i get back if i put my 3 ireland sim card in it? i presume it needs to be unlocked first but after that will it work?
