    Sorry, im not in city today. Will come back later this week. Where is your shop located? Or this is private unlocking?

    No problem, I don't have a shop. I unlock and repair phones as a hobby.

    Ok thanks mate.

    How is it more in general - do shops normally ask you to identify yourself if you want to unlock a phone?

    I have a nokia 3100 here,
    now ive unlocked a fair few phones myself with the DCT calculators but the codes its giving me for this phone dont seem to work.
    Any other ideas?

    @flodis79

    Most unlocking shops are independant and don't give a monkeys who you are once you give them money.

    Let me know when you need your phone done.

    @GaRtH_V

    I'm sure you know you only get 5 goes to unlock it via code. If you want you can pm me your 3100 details and I can double check the codes with you ?

    ps Make sure it's still working ok on its locked network, if it's not it could be hard locked and will need to be cable/clip unlocked.

    The Motorola V525 locked to Voda doesn't display "Enter subsidiary code".. I bought it from a mate, probably my mate has played around with the subsidiary code. Now it says "Contact your service provider"..

    Can it still be unlocked with cables and stuff - or not possible anymore?

    Tnx!

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 533 ✭✭✭sailorboy

    doesa anyone on here even have this handset. looks very complex
    before i get one in from random_task from england
    is it simbian?

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 2,553 ✭✭✭wolfman

    which handset? the sx1?
    <edit>If its the SX1 you are asking about, yes, I have one. I bought it about a year ago and thought it was lovely. Operating system is Symbian. Not complicated to use. The buttons are slightly awkward to get used to, but grand when you do. Don't use mine much now, but I'll hang onto it as its a nice "different" phone.</edit>

    By the way, this is an unlocking thread, probably should have posted a new thread.

    Hi folks,

    Any idea where I can get my hands on a "T28/T28sc unlocking serial cables" compatible with a Sony Ericsson T610?
