Sounds like incorrect codes have been entered previously, if too many are entered the only way to unlock is via cable

You need special unlocking box, cable and software

If you are in the Wicklow area I can do it for you, otherwise you will need to bring it to a local unlocking shop

Hey I managed to unlock a Three Motorola V975 last year but I just bought one on Threepay and tried to unlock it using the same instructions as before but its not working . Can anyone help out ??? I was told last time to enter in my NUC code and if it came up incorrect 3 times it would say contact operator which it did. It then said to leave the phone on until a screen came up again saying subsidy code and then I was to enter the NUC code I got again but this time its not working!! It worked using that proceedure last time and Im wondering have they changed it.

Where did you get the new unlock number to enter?????
Or are you trying the one you used last year???

Well I was a bit crafty last time i called VF even though the phone was 3 and told them it was a VF motorola, I gave them IMEI and after 5 days they came back with it !!! So maybe it was just luck. Any ideas how I can get it unlocked??

This time I used the same NUC but it didnt work but I thought by leaving it on like before it would unlock!! I dont think the NUC last year was the exact one for my handset as it came up code error 3 times then locked saying call operator so i followed next line of instructions saying to leave phone on until subsidy code came up then enter same NUC again and bingo it worked

The one im trying to unlock now is IMEI 355886004392489 any help appreciated

Hi I was looking at buying a nokia 6060 in CPW.
This phone is only on the meteor network.
    Im currently with O2 and
dont really want to switch to meteor network as I use O2s email and free web text alot in work and if Im away so it saves me on the texting.
Is it possible for me to unlock form meteor network and continue with O2?
    thanks for the help

Yes it's possible. I unlocked a shiny new meteor 6060 this morning.

yes it is possible but you can continue to use o2's email after you port, they won't automatically stop it* and meteor has 50 more free web texts a month than o2.

edit: *i'm 99% sure of this

The OP seems to want to buy a phone from Meteor, unlock it and use it with O2 , instead of Meteor (i.e. no porting)

Does anybody know how to unlock a SonyEricsson V800?
I think you may need some special cable but I'm not 100% sure on that!

    Thanks

Standard cable, but you need an account with one of the online unlocking services, alternatively you need special hardware, if you are around Wicklow I can do it for you
