    Currently no third party unlock, only via code from Vodafone themselves

    OH and by the way the phone ain't hard locked, got it from meteor a year ago. but never registered it cause it was an upgrade and they never registered it as an upgrade so couldn't exzaclty register and they won't give me the unlocking code because its not 'registered' so enevr tried unlocking it before until i posted here,

    Could be a problem with the firmware, maybe get it manually unlocked instead.

    What does the phone say when you enter the codes?

    Try putting in a SIM from a different provider, phone will then prompt for code

    Only other way is to get it unlocked via hardware, if you are around Dublin or Wicklow i can do this for you

    I'm nearly sure you'll only get the unlock code for this phone from Orange France only or bring it to a professional unlocker.

    If you cant get code from operator, can only be done via special hard/software combo

    Can only be unlocked via special hard/software combo and if it has a bootloader version of 6.36 or later the phone has to be opened.

    Check bootloader ver by powering off and then powering on with * and # keys held

    I don't believe there is a third party solution at the moment, the L6i and L7ii are manufactured by Mitsibushi for Motorola.

    Anyone know if I can unlock a Nokia 6280 from 3 on 3pay. I'd like to switch to vodafone I assume ill have to buy a new vodafone sim. any help would be great
