    CD copying is an art.

Its difficult to master, and sometimes it involves pure luck. Several factors, CD could be bad, writer laser could skip (again bad cd). Stick to known manufacturers like verbatiim, Kodak, ricoh etc...watch out for cheapo batch deals.

I never have any probs copying these days, mind you, I've stopped trying to copy over networks...

Anyhow, make sure that you close your recording session, otherwise none of your CDs will be visible on anything other than the cutter...

Other than that, just make sure that the machine is clean, don't cut over a network, make sure the buffer is big enough, and try to drop the speed.

Also do test and burn, not just burn unless you like wasting CD's.
