6100 going crazy...

Hi all,i gave a loan of a 6100 to my brother and he has told me if he gets a call it automatically goes to handsfree even though he has it set up correctly in profiles. My QUESTION IS IF I WANTED TO UPDATE THE SOFTWARE HOW DO I DO IT OR CAN SOMEONE RECOMMEND SOMEONE IN CORK OR DO I JUST NEED TO BUY A DKU CALE AND USE PC…

You cant do it yourself using DKU cable. need special hardware.
Go to Freedom Mobiles in North Main street shopping centre
Look for Tony and he'll sort you out
