    Hi there,

    I was just wondering if there is some sort of turnaround for helpdesk issues?

    thing is, after getting the advice from Gordon last week, I opened a tickets in relation to ab interaction forum, and of course, what it would cost me to get this put in place.

    the ticket was opened on the 15th of this month, and put to the category 'Averts' (at least to the advertising option in there) but to date I have not had a single reply on it.

    is there anything I can do about this, or does no reply mean no interest?
    I know that you guys have got as lot to do as it is, but I woudl really appreciate at least some feedback on this

    I was wondering the same. I've a ticket in adverts about some banner adds I'd like to go into rotations for a week - 9 days, starting this weekend.

    I've one I put in a bit over a month ago. The admins are clearly busy people with all this server business going on and the sticky somewhere did say it takes a while.

    Of course it's perfectly feasible that I'm being thick and doing something wrong.
