    How would I go about closing down a Ltd company?
    There doesn't seem to be any guide for it on Revenue online.

    Has the company any debt? If so its a pain in the hole, and it will cost you a fortune.

    If its debt free, its pretty straight forward. As fintan says its all on www.cro.ie
