    I've a help desk ticket about banner adds for the next QueerBeers and it's jsut gone now. Also two tickets which went missing previously are now there.

    I know about as much as you about the help desk, but are you sure they haven't just moved between Unresolved and Solved?

    Yes, infact I'd put money on it being a case of a back up being activated or something similiar and all tickets since a certain date being removed.
