Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Have to say I wouldnt be the biggest supporter of Scottish football, but the way that Hearts have been playing ye'd have to put them up with Celtic for the Title.
I see that they also have beaten Rangers, today 1-0, and now its 7 out of 7 for Burleys men.
If they do last the pace, which I think would be great for Scottish football, as the days of the Glasgow clubs dominating could be over, it would be a fascinating achievement. And it would rank up there with Alex Ferguson's all conquering Aberdeen.

Saying all this i do support Celtic but, if Hearts can last the pace, it'd be interesteing to see the knock on effects felt by Celtic and Rangers.

With the Old Firm in the poorhouse (relativly speaking) nows the time for a well managed team to prosper. I think its great Hearts are going so well. Hopefully its last.

Have to agree with you Mike - it shows what great management and team spirit can do!
I watched the game, and Hearts had the match dominated.
Prso was the only Rangers player with any sort of flair to turn things.
Not many goal scoring opportunities, but still a great match to watch.

They have great passion but they also have some very good players. I watched the game today and they were excellent. Skacel is back in the Czech Republic fold and played against Sweden last month. Hartley was supposedly top class against Italy last month and is their key. If they avoid an injury crisis I can see them lasting the pace but if they are struck with injuries it will be tough. 8 wins out of 8, 4 goals conceded and playing the best football in the league. Rangers have a lot to do to make up 11 points.

They played very well today and probably should have scored one or two more. Good to see another team competing for the title.

They still have another 7 games against the Old Firm though starting with a trip to Celtic Park next weekend.

When is the last time a team other than Celtic or Rangers has won the league?

Not sure but I think it was Aberdeen.
