johns estimates are roughly correct, downstairs holds near to 25 people and computers if laid out correctly. Upstairs wll hold 21 - 23.

Is a seating plan practical??
Isn't this a bit more hassle than its worth??
If a few ppl who havent read this thread, sit in the wrong place, the entire plan will be messed up.
Unless u get the seating police to move a load of ppl around on the day.
Just seems like a lot of trouble....

I am the police on the day, I decide when and where u sit. 45 ppl isn't that hard to organise. If I get the seating plan done and not everyone is on it, then if u come in u can sit in the non-reserved seats. I'm doing it cause I want to - no other real reason. by the way, I've not started. I'm having difficulty - college wants me to install tomcat - and its ****ing what I've already in place.

A seating plan is being implemented. Those who select a seat on Room101 shall be given that seat. Those who don't check the site and this forum regularly will not have that choice.
