Looking For Help With A Rare Metallica CD

Can any of you guys tell me what songs are on a Metallica cd called "Demos From The Dungeon"? It's a collection of demos from Load & Reload but I don't know which ones! Can anyone shed some light on this mystery?? Maybe somebody out there actuall has it and can tell me!

Stay clear of those bootlegs - especially Metallica bootlegs. They're mostly unlistenable quality and just because they're labelled "import" in a fancy packaging over here, you'll pay 30 yoyos. Just walz into Revolver (?? the one in temple bar) records and you'll see what i mean.

TBH, I acquired most of those demos on various free bootlegs sites. And the quality is quite good.
