Have just installed typo3 on a laptop with suse linux for dev purposes and have ordered the official book. Would be interested in hearing any other experiences, advice, good hosting providers etc.

The guys in http://www.2bscene.net/ develop using typo3 all the time and have quite a few sites hosted with us.

Thanks for the info blacknight, i note you do managed dedicated servers and cover suse, when it comes to it i'll look into that, bookmarked your site for now.
