    I think its pretty obvious-the second post from Seamus asked that acquiring them not be discussed-does what it says on the tin. I assume you started to discuss how to acquire them.
    Its a grey legal area and I assume boards have to cover themselves from any legal issues.

    no, i havent. And what is a legal grey spot?. Something is either legal or illegal surely? Its doesnt maktter if they will be classified as illegal soon. They are legal now, end of story.

    Seriously, did you read the thread? Your black and white view of the world doesn't apply here, or in the real world. It is illegal to possess them, yet they can't arrest you because they grow locally and they can hardly arrest you if you didn't know what they were? That's what's called a grey area.

    its not illegal to posse them if they are dired i think it is. If it was you wouldnt be allowed freely buy them in shops in Dublin.

    I really won't mind the debate about the sale and legality of sale of mushrooms is extensive and covered in the media at length, after being warned from a mod, because you can't comprehend the legal awkwardness about certain drug (never heard of being stopped and given a caution) and then get banned. Its staggering that you don't grasp the legal ramification to the poor SOB running boards would be open to allowing you to carry on any conversation you choose. I swear moderation of the AH forum should be offered as some form of community service.

    When not dried they're "not illegal"... doesn't say they're legal though...
