anyone ever charged by eircom for exceeding

Anyone here ever been charged by eircom for exceeding i am at 23gb for the month oops! As far as i can remember, charges were not stated in the contract. Even though some say its not enforced, i have blown it before but not by this much!

Afaik people have been charged, you could try the site search on the front page to look for previous threads on this subject
