    Are there phone lines/cable etc. installed?
    Is ADSL available in the area?

    Hey,
    Rent is €950 per month.
    Phone line is not fitted but can be upon request (i pay this charge)
    DSL is not available over phone as we are too far from exhcange (arent we all!!) BUT Broadband is available from NET1.ie over wireless and provide a great service to us so far. Cost is around €35 per month.
