IBB 27% packet loss off 3rock

Anyone else suffering from this off sector 2 or 1.2 not sure of the name off 3rock since last Sat. I called on Monday and was told the mast for my sector was suffering 27% packet loss. Ping -t was showing 23%. Called again last night and was told they knew about it and were working on it (knew that great thanks) and asked…

Anyone else suffering from this off sector 2 or 1.2 not sure of the name off 3rock since last Sat.

I called on Monday and was told the mast for my sector was suffering 27% packet loss. Ping -t was showing 23%. Called again last night and was told they knew about it and were working on it (knew that great thanks) and asked for a timeframe for the issue to be rectified?

Them: Dono

Me: No idea at all?

Them: Nope.

Me: Great thanks.

Anyone else in this sector with similar probs?
