My Sony mp3 don't have a random, wtf? Great machine, lousy interface.

the things not that bad when you get used to it. I found it quite counter intuitive to begin with after using ipod for nearly two years. took me a month to figure out how to create playlists on the fly. I'm alergic to manuals.

The Same Person - Veruca Salt
Live It Up - Sheryl Crow
L.O.V.E - Christina Milian feat. Joe Budden
Dancing Dirt Into The Snow - Missy Higgins
Web of Roses - Jen Foster
    Digital World - Kelis
    Whisper - Evanescence
    1,000 Words - Eden's Crush
    Candy Jones - Darling Violetta
    These Girls - Rachael Yamagata

My Creative Zen was indeed doing a few repeats on 'Shuffle' -- I don't normally shuffle everything though, so I don't mind too much.

Tried it a second time, got a different bunch:

    The End - Emm Gryner
    Great Spirits - Tina Turner
Pieces of Me - Ashlee Simpson
Over and Over - Gemma Hayes
Because of You - Kelly Clarkson
    Dear Lie - TLC
    Sleeping - Jen Foster
    Scared of Girls - Placebo
    Pale September - Fiona Apple
    Stomp - Steps *cringe*

I'd say my taste is probably more a balance between the two different attempts. Might start shuffling more often :)

How many tracks do people have on their players? -- I've 4730 @ the moment.
