Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    I can't believe it!!!

Bent gets two and Charlton look home and dry after 50 minutes.

King, Mido, and Keane say different, 3-2 Spurs with 10 minutes to go!

    Bent off injured for Charlton.

Good win for Tottenham to come back from a goal down twice. What was Keane's goal like? Maybe this will press his case for start.

Bent did the job for me too. Reid didn't play or come on.

outta curiosity how did Jenas play??

Matt Le Tissier said at one stage on Sky Sports that he was having a bad game, and the posts I've seen on From The Lane from Spurs fans who were at the game suggest the same. He was subbed for Keane after our second, what a great decision... :D

He needs a lot of games to bed down in the side, I still have great hopes for him but with Davids/Carrick/Mendes in the squad Jenas needs to become our goalscoring CM, not quite an AM but a CM who gets in the box when the time is right.

Come on you legends....what a goal by Mido. Defoe and Keane should get more chances together, i think they'd work if given a try(i just really want Robbie to play every week!)

Reid was dropped from the squad.

Superb game. some great end to end stuff.
Charlton should have finished off Spurs in the first half.
Luke Young fluffed a couple of good opportunities.
Does anyone know how bad Mido's injury is?

Was there a reason Reid was dropped or was it just squad rotation?

He's been sh*t lately, it appears Jol doesn't rate him. I won't be surprised if he's on his way in January.

Is Wayne Routledge injured? Haven't seen him in ages.

He's been singing Aaron Lennon's praises so that doesn't look good for Reid. Can't see Jol getting rid of one of his own signings that quickly though.

As Chippy said himself, he does look like he has been carrying a little extra weight. Reminds me of when Richie Dunne, used to look a little pudgey
then one summer he lost all the excess weight, and the chap has been performing well ever since.

I thought he was playing superb football this season apart from Grimsby.

reid was one of Jol's signings.
i dont think he will be out for long, i suspect its more a case of squad rotation, and form.
reid hasnt been impressing much over the last 3 games.
